CBSE Announces Class 10th and 12th Board Exam Date Sheet: Check out the date

The Central Workbench of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the stage sheet for the Class 10th and 12th workbench exams, with examinations for both classes commencing on February 15, 2024. The Class 10 exams are scheduled to conclude on March 13, while the Class 12 exams will end on April 2.

While preparing the stage sheet, the workbench took into worth the need for a sufficient gap between two subjects. Competitive exams such as JEE were moreover considered while deciding the schedule for Class 12, stated Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj.

Key highlights of the CBSE Stage Sheet for 2024:

For Class 10th:

Exams uncork on February 19, 2024, with Sanskrit and conclude on March 13, 2024, with Information Technology.
Notable subjects include Hindi on February 21, English on February 26, Science on March 2, and Mathematics on March 11.
For Class 12th: (Science Stream)

Exams embark on February 22, 2024, with English and end on April 2, 2024, with Computer Science.
Subjects include Chemistry on February 27, Physics on March 4, Mathematics on March 9, and Biology on March 19.
For Class 12th: (Humanities/Arts Stream)

Exams start on February 19, 2024, with Hindi Elective and Hindi Core, concluding on April 1, 2024, with Sociology.
Subjects include English Elective/Core on February 22, Geography on February 29, Economics on March 18, Political Science on March 22, and History on March 28.

The CBSE ensured sufficient time gaps between subjects, considering competitive exams like JEE Main, and took measures to stave scheduling conflicts for students by lamister over 40,000 subject combinations.
